The Shrine Way
‘The Shrine Way’ is an account of a trip taken under duress which proves extremely cathartic. While looking at the story of Becket and Henry II, it describes a walk along the Pilgrims’ Way – an iconic route along our southern hills. Taking in the Way’s history and asking questions both universal and personal about faith and religion in the modern world, it relates a search for a measure of healing, for some kind of degree of greater peace.

“Illustrates beautifully the transformative power of pilgrimage.” - Philip Carr-Gomm, author of 'The Druid Way' and 'Seek Teachings Everywhere'.
